Speaking of spiritual wickedness in high places [Ephesians 6:12<\/em>}, Clarry Tom got publicly busted but will not accept that and it would matter not at all if he did. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apparently, for years, the second-least qualified member of the Supremes has been accepting \u2026 \u201cgifts<\/em>\u201d \u2026 from a Texas billionaire (well there\u2019s a problem) who finances conservative causes \u2013 including Mrs. Tom\u2019s Rabbithole Tea-Party pissfest \u2013 and \u2026 \u201cgifted<\/em>\u201d \u2026 solely as a \u201cfriend,\u201d mind you \u2026 Clarry Tom & clan exclusive accommodations on yachts, private planes, and secret islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Clarry Tom did nothing wrong.  Right!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See, this Texas billionaire is a dear personal friend who had no direct business with the Supremes but nonetheless has financed\/fancied ultra-conservative ideologies for years and years and years and … yeh.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My question:\u00a0 did you two become buds before or after Clarry Tom assumed that high and plush leather seat and that nifty black gown?\u00a0 Oh?\u00a0 What was that?\u00a0 After?\u00a0 Well so convenient.\u00a0 Nothing untoward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See, some random legal mind told Clarry Tom some years ago that Clarry Tom need not disclose financial benefits obtained from \u201cpersonal friends\u201d as the result of his (wholly undeserved) seat on the highest (is that pot I smell?) court in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AND and apparently for years Clarry Tom reported income from a real estate firm that does not exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AND and apparently the billionaire owns the home Clarry Tom\u2019s mother lives in.  Rent-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thurgood Marshall (now THERE\u2019s some justice in flesh for ya) said it best:\u00a0
\u201cA black snake will bite you just like a white one.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well said, your Honor, well said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the Rethuglican apparatchik currently appointed to your seat is lower than the funky brown smears on the walls of the Capitol by seditious Trumpiots (did the FBI do DNA?\u00a0 Methinks the data is there) \u2026 my apologies for the cynicism and moral corruption of the Horsemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But then, that\u2019s just what they do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As far as any debt Clarry Tom owes to judicial ethics and the appearance of propriety \u2026 he\u2019s bankrupt, and that debt will never be paid.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
