theKid doesn\u2019t watch actual TV, which is actually pretty 21st<\/sup> century of theKid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rather, theKid watches the Tubes of You, and the memes.\u00a0 All the memes.
And some weird anime series on the flicks of Net. Anyhoo …<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But sprinkled in between the memes and anime is some really good information \u2026
ergo, to wit:  Pizza Wings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mentioned around these parts that I am fat, and in no real rush to not be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s part of the plan \u2026 but as we have seen, men plan and GOD laughs and laughs and laughs \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m glad to be an amusement to the Almighty, and just thankful that He is paying attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyhoo, theKid brings Pizza Wings \u2013 Eat This! <\/em>and enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

10-20 chicken wings and wingettes (are those really a thing?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 C buttermilk (which is what, exactly?  And why is it sour?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd C pickle juice (I said what I said)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spices, all the spices (think:  salty peppery lemony spicy but do you)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/3 C baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/3 C potato starch (wat? hey, it\u2019s the Tubes of You)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/3 C all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lots \u2018n lots of cooking oil (your choice \u2026 Crisco is my jam)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 C pizza\/spaghetti sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lots \u2018n lots of shredded mozzarella (where is the \u201cT\u201d in that english(anditalian,apparently)makesnosense<\/sup>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Grab a bowl (the one you got from the thrift store \u2026 thought I forgot, dinja?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toss in the wings, the buttermilk, and the pickle juice.  Drench the chicken (think: slather) in the mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprinkle sprinkle with seasonings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix mix mix<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then move the slathered wings\/wingettes to another bowl (also from the thrift shop)
and then sprinkle sprinkle sprinkle<\/em> with more seasonings (all the seasonings)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heat the oil (think: bubbly-splat<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fry the slathered and seasoned wings in the hot oil until crispy
(not burnt, but crackly-skinned and fried off the pink)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put the fried wings in a cast iron frying pan (hard to find at thrift shops but oh-so-good when you do!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slather with pizza sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprinkle sprinkle, sprinkle sprinkle, then sprinkle sprinkle again<\/em> with lots \u2018n lots of cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Broil (think: slightly burnt cheese, bubbly-burnt, not burned<\/em> \u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cool slightly butnottoomuch!  Only \u2018til still hot and edible without injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mmmm \u2026 you\u2019re welcome.  There should be salad, or something green (Jello does not count)
