Israel commits some sort of apartheid? segregation? pogrom? against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip while dropping bombs from up high on children.  Hm.  Those kids are in the midst of those actively trying to kill Israel, sooo …

After declaring its independence in 1948, Israel has the right to defend itself, no question. 

BUT! Defense or self-protection is one thing, so I suppose the question becomes – what constitutes defense?  How far does protecting one’s self – nation, country, identity / choose the desired tribal abstract – extend? 

For the Jews?  As far as God protects them.  {Ezekiel 38}

Remember the Valley of Bones?

Even in the sight of such abject horror, we must remember: all things serve the will of the Lord.

For if not for the Holocaust, Israel would not live.
