Wasn’t there, like, a pipeline planned to run from Canada to Mexico through ‘Murrica’s breadbasket, protested heavily by the Tribes, until Biden shut down the whole thing?  Ended up costing the fuel companies boo-coo (beaucoup to You) bucks?

Why come there can be a pipeline for oil from one country, through another country, into a third country, but one country can’t build a pipeline to get water from the flooded places in that country to the drought places in that selfsame country?  Asking for a friend.
