Willful Ignorance, AKA Idiots in Charge

Real quick – the federal judiciary purposefully misreads the US Constitution.

First – the 2nd Amendment gives me (yes me as a private citizen) the right to hand grenades, rocket launchers, and high-capacity, fully-automatic machine guns.  Change my mind.

A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The commas separate the right of the people from the right of a well-regulated militia, necessary to the security of the states, so there.  Dead kids in classrooms just the cost of living in a free state.  Gimme mah guns. 

Second – In Article I, section 2, Congress doesn’t count the unborn/not born for voting, census, or equal protection.  Change my mind.

[House] Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this Union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years [i.e. indentured servitude], and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other persons [i.e., slaves and convicts].  The actual enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years (i.e., decennial census), in such manner as they shall by law direct.

And then there’s this —

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Sooo… women got pregnant back in those days, too, and I do believe it’s safe to assume the framers understood there was a baby in some of those big ol’ bellies.  Slaves were still considered “people,” although not entirely all the way, not like white people were people, sort of.  And the 14th Amendment uses words like “born” and “naturalized” and “reside,” which are words the big brains of the Supremes should understand, but maybe they need ‘em in smaller bites. 

Fact is, a woman’s body cannot be used against her will, but with two sexual predators and a Stepford Wife sitting on board, can there be any real surprise at their ruling? {2 Peter 2:12}
