Well isn’t that interesting. Lookie see, lookie here.
Seems our venerated villain had a bit of a stock irregularity when it came to his employer. Seems a bit of fraud and insider trading (to the smooth tune of $15M) on UnHealth stock may have caught the eye of the Effa-Bee-Aiyee, as he sold his stock before word of the investigation got out.
Hmmm.
And he had lived separately from his wife and sons since 2018 in a little house ($1M worth) just down the lane. No real reason found online, but it is a hmmm. His (estranged?) wife said he had “touched so many lives.” YahIbet, doubtful in a good way. Not the best victim, no.
But pretty standard CEO behavior, TBH. Guy also authorized the use of an aibot to deny health insurance claims … how is this not fraud? Oh, right. Standard business practice.
Just like BP’s blowout poisoning the Gulf, due to failure to install a $9? $13? piece of doohickey gizmo … how nice was that. Shrimp cocktail? And yes, one-eyed three-headed fish with breasts are totally normal now. Just slice thinly.
Thompson was supposedly the mastermind of two new UnHealth policies … first, “value-based care,” where providers are shallwesay incentivized to keep patients healthy rather than treating them once sick … hmmm … and payment denial for non-emergency ER visits … like people should know when to go to the ER and when to just ride it out, like maybe on an e-bike (heh) through Central Park (double heh).
Death-based care. I like it. I like it a lot.
Another funny factor is that Nick Fuentes … oh he of the “your body my choice” rape culture warrior … has been doxed, and an “assassin” popped up at his parents’ home, where darlin’ Nicky is currently living in the basement, angry and blue-balled that women don’t/won’t date him. Wonder why.
Oops. Words? Consequences. Seems like spouting off – whether “value-based care” or body choice issues – may trigger the law of really-should-have-seen-that-coming. {Matthew 23:24}
Mesuppose the whole thing will … die (heh) … down eventually, like all pop (pop [clears jam] pop, heh) culture trends.
Hope not, tho’. Seems like eating the rich with a snide of beef may be the only way to effectuate real change. Those 18th-century Third Estate bourgeois peasants certainly grasped the concept.
Guess we all shall see. It appears the debt of capitalism will be paid in blood.
Melike. Warms my cold, dead, black heart. And any treatment for that is out of network.
